I would like to say a big thank you to Janie who has been helping me through some bouts of anxiety and stress bought about by the pressures of work. I always looked forward to our in person sessions, our chatting and the hypnotherapy seemed to have an immediate effect and gave me the energy and techniques to get through difficult times. Janine has great energy, a naturally calming manner and delivers hypnotherapy in a confident and professional style.
I learnt a great deal from Janie, not least that you are able to control your brain and manage it so it does things differently, quite a different concept for a person who believed in “hard wiring”.
I enjoyed a number of session that gave me the knowledge and tools to deal with testing times and helped balance parts of me that were out of kilter.
Initially I was sceptical about the idea and concept of hypnotherapy but I am now a convert and look forward to my booster sessions when I need a top up of energy and a reminded of the tools one can use.
