• In person and Online Solution Focused Coaching, Hypnotherapy & NLP 

• Group relaxation Yoga Nidra sessions are held in the Burpham Wellbeing Yurt and offer an affordable means by which to regularly relax, access your mind's inner sanctums and support yourself to live more mindfully every day. Some of these sessions include sound immersion.

• Mindfulness courses and are offered locally and scheduled throughout the year. See events for more information. 

• Spa treatments and therapies take place in the comfort and tranquility of the Circle Wellbeing Therapy space  at The Round House, Albury in the Surrey Hills.
